Instructions to set up an Email Account in Microsoft Outlook Express Launch "Outlook Express"  1) Go to "Tools" 2) Select "Accounts"  3) Click "Add" 4) Select "Mail"  5) Enter [your-name] (i.e Wendy Tay) 6) Click "Next"  7) Enter your email address [yourname@your-domain.com] (i.e wendy@js-solutions.com) 8) Click "Next"  9) Select "POP3" as Incoming Mail Server 10) Enter [mail.your-domain.com] for both your Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server (i.e. mail.js-solutions.com) 11) Click "Next"  12) Enter your email address [yourname@your-domain.com] as the Account Name (i.e. wendy@js-solutions.com) 13) Enter your [password] 14) Click "Next"  15) Click "Finish"  16) Select the Account you just created 17) Click "Properties"  18) Click the "Servers" Tab 19) Under "Outgoing Mail Server", Select "My Server requires authentication" 20) Click "Setting"  21) Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server" 22) Click "OK"  23) Click "Ok"  24) Click "Close" |
