How to setup email account as IMAP in Microsoft Outlook :
1. Launch your Microsoft Outlook.
2. From Top left menu click "File". From "Account Information", click "Add Account".
3. Enter your "Email Address".
4. Under "Advanced options", select "Let me setup my account manually"
5. Select "IMAP"
6. Enter mail.domain.com (where domain.com should replace by your domain name) for incoming and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) mail.domain.com
7. Select an "Encryption method", "SSL/TLS" is recommended.
- If you selected "SSL/TLS" for your "Encryption method", use "993" for your incoming port and "465" for your outgoing port.
- If you selected "None" for your "Encryption method", use "143" for your incoming port and "587" for your outgoing port.
8. Enter your "Password" and click "Connect"
9. If you have problem sending out email, from Top left menu click "File". From "Account Information", click "Account Setting" and select "Server Setting".
10. Click on "Outgoing mail", select "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication"
